I tore it looked down and found the usual wood chips between the reed valve with the carburetor. Completely rebuild the carburetor with a new kit, and install new air filter and fuel line. Put it back together and the compression test showed about 80 PSI. Determined to take back apart and re-seal the crankcase and installed all new gaskets. A closer examination found that the piston and cylinder wall a little 'has been done, so I sanded as best I could. Then I created a new piston ring. Compressionlooks about 90 PSI and is still with the bar and chain them to vote to do some cutting. We have a life after many tears depth. :)
